As worldwide as Google has become, it's hard to believe that Pro-Craft Painting was there in the beginning. As Google.com was setting up in their first building in Mountain View, CA, we were hired to paint the facility and complete it before their grand opening. This is probably our most notable job to date, as everyone has heard of Google.

Robert, owner of Pro-Craft Painting still remembers details of that particular job. I remember thinking, "what a funny name," as I was painting the sign. I also remember hearing them describe how they were going to be the biggest search engine in the world. I was impressed by how frugal they were as a startup company, that they used inexpensive interior doors on sawhorses to be used as the desks in their offices until they could secure more venture capital. It was an enjoyable time of what seemed to be miles of painting. (Should I have taken the stock options?)
